Weight loss update

Well, I expected 16 st 6 lbs  (104.33 kg)but got,,,wait for it...




16  st 3 lbs!!!!!  (102.97 kg)

I am ecstatic!


My next goal is 220lbs or 99.99kg or less.
I expect that to take 3 weeks typically.
