Late lunch: half a grilled red bream, two 125g pots of activia vanilla yoghurt and a can of diet coke
Snack: WW 125g of toffee yoghurt
Supper: 3 chicken thighs and 150g of Quark followed by 500ml diet gingerale and 2 Dukan lemon muffins
Water check: 2x500 ml water, 1x 330 ml diet coke, 1x 500ml diet gingerale
