Dukan day 4 2013 PP

On the morning of 21st January, I weighed 15 st 12.4 lbs = 222.4 lbs
On the morning of 22nd January, I weighed 15 st 11.8  lbs = 221.8 lbs

On 201st January, I ate:

Breakfast- two boiled eggs and 500ml green tea

Lunch- open sandwich 150g small cooked  prawns on 3/4 day's serving of oatbran in Dukan bread, dressed with natural lowfat yoghurt and chopped onions

Snack: 1 boiled egg

Dinner: egg and cheese (laughing cow light) open sandwich.  200g of yoghurt, 500ml of 50:50 diet gingerale and sparkling water.

Exercise: none!

No exercise...I know I am already sabotaging myself! I must try.
