Didn't bother! Didn't want to know!
I forgave myself and started over.
Breakfast: 2x chicken thighs, 1 pot of 125g weightwatchers yoghurt with 1.5 tsp oatbran
Brunch: I x chicken thigh and water.
No lunch- busy
snack - 2 x chicken thighs
... Then all sugar broke loose...back to my old excessive Wholenut habit. as an after thought I had a 125g tub vanilla ww yoghurt with oatbran... to soak up the excess and speed it through my system!
Don't ask. I forgiive myself...yet again and will start over tomorrow! Call this a mid diet crisis but I will not be phased. I will break this ! 13 st 0 llb here I come.
Water check: 1.5 l water.
