Onward Ever!!!

Today's weight: 200.3lbs
Breakfast: 125g Activia vanilla yoghurt with 1.5 tbsp oatbran
1 skinless chicken thigh

snack: 2 plain Dukan muffins

lunch: 125g Activia vanilla yoghurt with 1.5 tbsp oatbran
2 skinless chicken thighs

snack: at variuos times, 3 chicken thighs

dinner2 middle slices, jerk cod with 6 tiger prawns, 2 pots ww yoghurt, 1 can diet coke

no exercise yet
water: 1.5 l and 1 diet coke
