That is 94.5 KG (a 0.7 KG ) or 207.8 lbs (a 1.6 lbs) loss.
Well that's a repeat of day one in terms of weight loss. I am happy with that and if I go steadily in this way I will achieve a minimum of eight pounds in the next few days before going on to cruise.

ReplyDeleteThanks Julie. I weighed myself again at 10 AM and the scale said 93.7 KG and 206 lbs.. I was thrilled, but I didn't take any pictures and I did not amend my report. I am looking forward till tomorrow though today I have had a sweet tooth, which I satisfied by making some soft chocolate.

1 teaspoon of sweetener.
One heaped teaspoon of cocoa powder
seven heaped spoonfuls of powdered skimmed milk.
Water at room temperature enough to make a thick paste.
Mix all ingredients with a fork and whisk until melted chocolate consistency then indulge (remember that using Dr dukan recommendation for Cocoa intake, this could give five servings.
