Food diary for Day 3

I didn't eat until 10:30 this morning and before that I decided to weigh myself again and see there was any change in my weight. Imagine my surprise when the scales said 93.7 KG (206 lbs). I decided not to bother to take a picture of that but to wait until the morning of day four, and to hope that actually lose even more.

Breakfast: sliced baked chicken breast with each slice spread with a mix of quark seasoned with wasabi sauce and a pinch of paprika. It reminded me of little pieces of bread spread with cream cheese. It was lovely.

Lunch: steamed prawns, seasoned with some dark soya sauce, a little onion, garlic and a pinch of paprika. I also had 150 g of low-fat vanilla yoghurt with my 22.5 g (1 1/2 tablespoons) of oatbran.

tea: by this time I ruin a felt I needed something sweet and I began to feel a bit 'chocolatey' so I decided to mix up a 'dukan melted chocolate'. This was my one sin for the day because while Dr dukan only recommends a half tea spoonful of cocoa a day, I had a heat teaspoonful. I mixed this with 7 teaspoons of skimmed milk powder and 1 teaspoon of Splenda and just enough water to make a thick 'melted chocolate-like'consistency. It really was worth it – I didn't feel hungry after that.

Dinner: I then had some more steamed prawns as I had lunch.

Exercise: I didn't walk today instead I use my Gazelle freestyler for 45 min split into a 20 min session and a 25 min session with a rest in between. I also used my twist and shape stepper for 5 min before each glide session.

Water check: so far I drank 1 1/2 L, but I am sipping a last half litre so I will say it will be 2 L for the day.

I planned to have another 150 g of vanilla yoghurt but I don't feel up to it. so I think I'll give it a miss.

Well I am waiting anxiously for tomorrow morning and my weigh in.
