Under 190 at last ...Take two

I am at my lowest ever  (as per post of 27th Novemvber!) after having succombed to chocolates and a few carbs.
I was 197lbs after reporting 190 last time but I amnso pleased that today, I am 189.2lbs.
So...185, here I come!
I would like to thank my very own Dukan Chocolate slices for their part in keeping me on the straight and narrow at this time!
