Season's treats!

Well, Christmas festivities really took off for me this weekend!
On Saturday, I went to an aunt's Christmas family and close friends open house. I started off well, only eating dukan friendly food, then I strayed to Atkins and finally, tempted by one speciality snack, entered the realm of carbs and sugar!
Do I regret it? No! I knew I would do the same at lunch on Sunday and there was no point beating myself up about it. I took it in my stride in the knowledge that I would do 4 PP from Monday to Thursday.
Well I've just baked and had one of my chocolate slices. I am fortified for some days to come. Bearing in mind the season, however, I have made some fun full flavoured dukan desserts- strawberry jelly, lemon (lime really) cheesecake and Chocolate orange delight.
Now using Hartley's sugar free as a base, no one needs the recipe for strawberry jelly. Lemon cheesecake is well known but my dukan chocolate orange is worth sharing. so here goes:

.
Abi's Dukan Chocolate Orange Delight

You will need:
v     plain lowfat yoghurt
v     1 sachet Hartley's sugarfree orange  jelly powder
v     1teaspoon cocoa powder
v     Boiling water and room temp or cold water.

to 150 ml boiling hot water, add 1 heaped teaspoon on cocoa powder.
Stir and add 1 sachet of Hartley's orange jelly powder,
stir thoroughly and make up to 250 ml with the cold water.
Top it all up to 500 ml volume with low fat yoghurt and stir thoroughly.
Pour into 3 small pots (about170 -180 ml) and refrigerate. (I recycled Muller Light tubs.)

When ready, put on a dollop of vanilla yoghurt (Dr. Oetker is fantastic for this) but you may choose to use plain.

Enjoy!!
