Lunch: one whole baked red bream, Quark, a 125g pot of Activia vanilla yoghurt and a can of diet coke.
Snack: a 125g pot of Activia vanilla Yoghurt and another can of diet coke.
Supper: 3 Sainsbury's store rotisserie cooked chinese chicken thighs (skinned peeled off), A pot of Weightwatchers toffee yoghurt with 1.5 tbsp oatbran, a second pot of WW vanilla yoghurt with water.
Water check:2x 500ml water; 2 cans diet coke
