End of week 1 2015

weight :16st 12lbs or 236lbs or 107kg

That s a 3.6lbs loss. In Biggest Loser terms, it is  a 1.5% weight loss.

Not much for week 1 but it is a loss so I am moving in the right direction.

At a target of 160.5lbs, that is a loss of  79.1lbs or 33% weight loss.

If I can continue at the same steady pace, it will take me 21 more weeks to attain my goal (so 22 weeks in total).

It has not been smooth running at all. I went to the gym once and I am yet to bake my dukan bread etc. I have also fallen off the wagon with toast and butter binges at least twice but I am looking forward! I refuse to beat myself up over lapses, I just resolvre to make a better go of it in the future.
