On the morning of 19th January, I weighed 15 st 12.2 lbs = 222.2 lbs
On the morning of 20th January, I weighed 15 st 9.8 lbs = 219.8 lbs
On 19th January, I ate:
Breakfast- Miracle juice- non Dukan but I am not willing to do without this.
Brunch- Garlic flat bread with cheese (double portion ( not Dukan recommended to have a double portion of oatbran in one day... but I'd made 2 and the first was sooooooo nice!!!)
Lunch- 2x 80g self made 'burgers' seasoned quark.
Snack: Dukan chocolates
Supper-prawns in seasoned low fat yogurt with onions
Water intake: 1L and 500ml of diet ginger ale and sparkling water in a 50: 50 mix and 1 tea bag in 500ml water (tea).
Exercise- (had to do this with that double serving of oatbran. Glad I did it though):
20 kettle bell squats, 100 steps- 3 reps
20 kettle bell squats - 2 reps
10 arm curls per arm
