Update 22nd May 2011

So far so good. Still two steps forward, one step back! ... but the nett result is forward so my current weight is 203.2lbs.

Nett 10 day loss = 3.8 lbs! (not bad! IT IS A LOSS!!!)

Two day pp and two day pv rotations, regular exercise! More fish, vitamins and iron (supplements), less beef , chicken and dairy = success for me!

Watch this space! This is wave 2 and I am ready and willing.
