Yep! I was naughty yesterday....but I wanted to be!
I am awake and alert this morning. I have made my rissoles, Baked some whole fish, made my jelly, got yoghurt, normandy fromage frais, got quark, baked some lemon muffins.
Breakfast: 2x 100g rissoles, 2 muffins, green tea.
Mid Morning: jelly with plain yoghurt!
Lunch 2x rissoles with spiced up quark for a sauce, can of diet coke
Afternoon snack: 100g stewed rhubarb with vanilla yoghurt
Dinner: A whole baked Bream and water!
No exercise yet.
Not much water yet!!!
Must amend that! Will amend that!
