Here's a juice recipe dedicated to all those Dukanners who are worriesd about nutrients:
Get a juicing machine and try this:
6 stalks of asparagus, 3 large carrots and 2 large (long) celery stalks.
It is so surprisingly refreshing and delicious... and contains nothing that is forbidden! In fact, it contains asparagus, which Marshall Brain found fantastic for preventing that PV day weight gain while he was exploring how the Dukan diet worked.
