Well, I did promise that on 26 February I would report back on how the week has gone

In reality I have not been as good as I intended (for the most part I did stick to my planned PP however being on vacation precipitated some challenges)
The reality of this diet, especially when you give into cravings is that any slight deviation , once you are in flow, can result in undoing the successes which one worked so hard for. But one must persevere since one has made a commitment and knows what this is for.
This is something that I know yet I find myself constantly transgressing.
I think that if in reality I just would give myself a full two weeks with no deviations on the lapses I should be able to break the cycle which has led me to appear to stagnate in weight.
My weight this morning has stayed at 198.4 pounds this has b enconstant for the last few days.
I know what to do. I just need to adjust to making sure that I do stay on track. I will be back again in week so wish me luck
