Excuses ! Excuses!...NO MORE EXCUSES!!!

Dr Dukan says double the exercise (30 mins to 1 hr) for 4 days while you re-attack, so here I go (again)!
I've been tempted by all the season's fare! I was finally brave enough to weigh myself today and it is not too bad considering my very frequent, recent indulgences... BUT I won't report my weight till I get back to 190lbs.
Suffice it to say my fat is up, as is my weight and my water is down...I expect my 'fridge and cupboard' carbs are fully stocked so I really must refocus.
I have done 30 mins of Salsa (Body in Balance - Sky 275). I will make up the rest later!!
