Day 2 weight loss after Day 1


That is 95.2 kg = 0.7 kg loss and 209.4 lbs = 1.6lbs loss after day 1 of attack.
I will do 5 days of attack then go on to cruise.
I will write about my food choices later tonight.

    I am having a good day so far- had roasted skinless jerk chicken breast for breakfast, then did a 20 minute walk, had a one hour rest then did another 20 minutes- so exercise done! and I have just had my 22.5g oatbran with low fat yoghurt. I am happy ( and hopefully that will sustain me through the day!)

  3. That is absolutely GREAT!! Good job with the weight loss. Keep it up. You can do this :) It's such a happy feeling when you lose weight. It sure does keep me going. Hope it does the same for you!

  4. Thanks for that Julie. I sincerely hope that this time I will be sustained until I get to my goal weeps of 159 pounds or around 72 KG. I certainly feel that I've had a really good day and I am looking forward to the skills tomorrow morning. I hope it's all going well with you and that you are enjoying your WordPress features.
