Morning weight was 192.6lbs
Breakfast: choc cake slice and 330 ml water
Lunch: African (Yoruba) celebration meal (from a buka - Nigerian streetstyle restaurant- in Peckham) - had a craving and indulged! Amala (yam powder fufu) with egusi (vegetable stew with melon seeds and palm oil) and assorted meat (6 hunks of : 2 pieces goat meat, 1 piece tripe, 1 pc beef, 2 pieces cow lower leg) 500 ml water
Snack: choc cake slice and vanilla yoghurt with 330 ml half diet ginger ale half sparkling water
Dinner: choc cake slice and 300ml of hot chocolate with rum essence - 300 ml skimmed milk, warmed in microwave, 1 heaped teaspoon of cocoa stirred in, sweetened with a level teaspoon of Splenda and flavoured with 4 drops of rum essence. It may have been psychological but it got me to sleep!
Exercise: 30 min through the iced park... slipping and sliding! and walking through the Whitgift and Centrale shopping centers (West Croydon) in freezing but dry conditions!
