I am so so SO very happy. I have gort my dukan wieghtloss groove back and I think I am well on the way again!...
This time, I will not make the same pitfalls as the last time...I must finish before christmas so that celebration meals can be factored in without setting me back.
Yesterday my meals were:
Breakfast: 1 x 125gt pot Activia fat free fruit yoghurt
Mid morning: 1x 250 ml Abi's Rhubarb 'juice drink'
Lunch: Baked fish in a light broth (and my vitamin and mineral supplement tablet)
375g low fat yoghurt
Snack: Dukan chocolates
Dinner: stewed chicken (just the chicken out of the stew)
After dinner snack:2tbsp oatbran + 1tbsp wheatbran in 75g vanilla yoghurt and 100ml skimmed milk.
Water check: 2l through the day.
The scales look good...figures tomorrow!!!
