Breakfast: 2 rissoles, 3 lemon muffins, seasoned quark sauce and 500ml mixture of diet coke and sparklling water
'Snack': 2 rissoles, 500ml mixture of diet coke and sparklling water
Lunch: 200g yoghurt
Dinner: whole baked red bream fish, seasoned light mayo, 500ml mixture of diet coke and sparklling water
